On The Internet – Purchase online at idahotickets.com. This site offers secure online credit card transactions.

Payment Options: All outlets accept cash, VISA and MasterCard credit and debit cards. Please have your credit card ready when ordering tickets by telephone. All ticket sales are final.

Prior to purchasing tickets, we encourage you to familiarize yourself with the following theater policies and services:

 

Ticket Fees: There are usually fees added to the published ticket price. The most common is a per-ticket Select-a-Seat convenience fee based on a sliding-scale relative to the published ticket price. Additionally, phone-in orders will have a per-order fee of $1.00 to cover postage & handling. Additional fees may apply to certain events.

Tickets for Children:
Most contractual arrangements require that all children have tickets and separate seats. One exception are those productions specifically offered under the MC Family banner when children 2 years and younger may sit on an adult's lap free of charge. As a courtesy to audience members and performers, please use discretion regarding your child's ability to sit quietly and enjoy a performance. Coincidentally, the Morrison Center reserves the right to deny admission to children under 5 years to any event in which a disruptive child would adversely impact the expectations of performers and other patrons.

Group Sales: Discount group reservations are available for many Morrison Center performances. To start planning, email Scott Bodmer or call (208) 426-1629.

Gift Cards: Gift cards may be purchased in any amount over $20, are redeemable only at the Morrison Center Box Office, can be used for any event held at the Morrison Center and do not expire. Three designs to choose from (see clickable side bar image). Purchase in person at the Morrison Center Box Office or download a PDF order form here to mail or FAX back and have the Gift Card sent via USPS first class. Check your card balance at 1-866-794-4839.

Refund Policy: There are no refunds or exchanges. The policy for lost, stolen or damaged tickets can be viewed at this Select-a-Seat FAQ.
