Locations:

 

Assistive Listening Devices: Located opposite the Morrison Center Box Office by the northwest entrance to the building.

 

Elevators: Located in the noutheast corner of the main lobby, allowing access to the upper levels. Note: only the paths to entries 1, 11 & 12 are free of stairs.

 

Coat Check: Located adjacent to the Morrison Center Box Office in the main lobby. Coat check is not available at all performances.

 

Concessions: Located throughout the facility.

 

Restrooms: Located throughout the facility. All restrooms have disability access. Diaper-changing stations are located on the first-level men’s restroom and the second and third level women’s restrooms.

 

ATM: Located next to the Box Office in the main lobby.


Entrance Policies:

 

Main Doors: The Morrison Center lobby opens one hour prior to the stare of the event. Seating in the actual auditorium begins one-half hour prior to curtain.

 

Late Seating: House chimes ring prior to curtain and the closing of auditorium doors. Patrons who arrive late will be asked to wait at the auditorium doors until an appropriate break in the program. Patrons may be seated at the back of the auditorium until intermission.


Conduct Policies:

 

Smoking: The BSU Campus is a non-smoking campus. The Morrison Center has a designated patron smoking area. Please see House Management for location.

 

Food and Beverages No food or beverages (except bottled water) are allowed in the auditorium. Items not purchased at the Center are prohibited.

 

Alcohol Sales: The State Board of Education requires a valid ID for alcohol sales. All adult beverages must remain on the premises.

 

Search & Confiscation: In order to maintain a safe and secure environment, all patrons may be subject to search. All bags are subject to search. Backpacks, purses, and large bags are prohibited in the auditorium. Items deemed inappropriate may either be returned to your vehicle or tagged for pickup after the event. There is a $2 charge for baggage check. Any weapons or illegal items will be turned over to local law enforcement.

 

Controlled Substances: The Morrison Center reserves the right to refuse entry to patrons appearing to be under the influence of, or found to be in possession of any controlled substance.

 

Photography and Video Recording: Due to copyright laws, recording devices of any kind are not permitted in the auditorium.

 

First Aid: In case of emergency, the Center’s policy is to contact 911. In addition, two Automated External Defibrillators (AED) are located on site.

 

Lost and Found: Lost and found articles will be held in the main office for 30 days after the performance. Please contact the office at 208-426-1609 for information.

 

Appropriate Attire: There is no specific dress code for the Center. Business or cocktail attire is recommended. As in any public venue, the “no shirt, no shoes, no pants” rule applies.
