Lease Rates

The process of leasing the Morrison Center begins by calling 208-426-1424 with a request to hold a particular date. Below are various rates and presenter categories used to determine the basic cost of leasing the Morrison Center Main Hall.

Lessee Categories

Non-Profit Producing: use below rates
(Any organization that has a 501-3(c) on file and is self-producing the event utilizing resources belonging to the organization.)

Non-Profit Presenting: use below rates plus 6% of net.
(Any organization that has a 501-3(c) on file and is presenting a contracted or
packaged entity from outside of or apart from the organization.)

Commercial: use below rates plus 9% of net.
(Any organization that does not have 501-3(c) status; presenting for profit.)

Building Rate

Monday–Wednesday, daily rate:
$1,650.00 Load-in and/or closed rehearsal
$2,000.00 Performance or open dress* rehearsal
— plus additional $1,000.00 for same day second performance

Thursday–Sunday, daily rate:
$1,800.00 Load-in and/or closed rehearsal
$2,400.00 Performance or open dress* rehearsal
— plus additional $1,500.00 for same day second performance,

or

— plus additional $1,000.00 for same day open dress* rehearsal

* open dress implies public attendance.

Facility Fee

A $2.00 facility fee will be collected for each sold seat, regardless of ticketing agent used or ticket type (assigned seat or general pass).

Box Office Charges:

$495.00 per performance, plus 4% charge on all credit card transactions.
